Game 58. Beltran’s 407th HR ties Snider in Yanks’ win.

Carlos Beltran hit a 2-Run HR in the first inning, and the Yanks went on to beat the Angels 6-3 on Tuesday night.

Beltran’s 15th HR of the season was #407 of his career, and it tied the great Duke Snider on the all-time list.

Later in that first inning, Austin Romine got an RBI single to put the Yanks up 3-0.

Rob Refsnyder got a SF in the second to make it 4-0 and Starlin Castro sliced a HR (9) the other way off the RF foul pole to make it 5-0 after three.

Michael Pineda had his second consecutive decent outing, going 7 innings and only struggling in the fifth when he gave up a double, rbi single and 2-run HR.

A-Rod got an RBI single in the seventh.

The Yanks are 28-30.
